It's All About Style(s)
At the latest in the run-up to Christmas, when we fall into the shopping mode, we should remember and be aware of the most outstanding fall/winter 2024/2025 fashion trends to surprise with fashionista gifts – or exactly know which kind of we want to receive.
Bordeaux oblige
Initially launched as an unbeatably elegant color by Gucci on the occasion of its last spring fashion show 2024, for this fall/winter the sophisticated hue for a sublime quiet-luxury style flooded the catwalks from Saint Laurent to Ferragamo to Hermés.
A trend within that trend as the color looks really chic when worn plain: bordeaux on patent and leather, for clothing, shoes and bags, again perfectly staged by Gucci.
Khaki de luxe
On the rise as a versatile color trend we mainly know the shade khaki worn casually. In the actual season 2024/2025 a lot of trying is going on and houses like Burberry turn it classy with one of its iconic trench coats. Or Isabel Marant ads allure to this tone with a dress in suede, the décolleté artfully drapped.
Khaki upscales even bags. One eye-catching trend and a must-have for this fall/winter is the underarm pocket. Me personally felt immediately in love with Loewe’s new underarm clutch.
The story continues
Meanwhile, without wide-leg trousers we can no longer imagine our wardrobe. And even in the actual fashion catwalks Bottega Veneta, Dior, Loewe and so on excite us with minimal wide pants. Mine from the German brand Windsor only with classic heels or heeled boots!
For a kind of a casual-chic style for the office wide pants particularly harmonize with another seasonal trend, the striped bluse. I do have a preference for a light blue-white one, together with a one-bottom blazer the perfect more formal setting.
A class of its own
Modern elegance and sophistication are noticable in this fall/winter’s designs. One key piece made of the luxury texture leather is the leather midi skirt as shown on the catwalks as of Hermés, Bottega Veneta and Victoria Beckhham.
Combined with a knitted top and kitten heels from Miu Miu, the skirt made by the Italian brand Luisa Spagnoli, becomes a contemporary 50’s style à la Prada and Bally.

British coolness
Wow-checks for long coats – two ‘common denominators’ which have inspired the actual collections of Chloé, Chanel, Burberry and Etro.
Brit-chic checks have been plastered over cool coats with refined details, often with a masculine touch like my favorite of Phisique du Role. Some people would think that the style of the cult detective Sherlock Holmes is entering the world of Haute Couture in the spirit and of the forensic result of the English countryside chic.
Mob wife meets boho
The mob wife aesthetic has evolved, faux fur coats, lingerie dresses and leopard patterns with a vintage undertone have finally arrived with the top designers – Alaïa, Celine, Dior, Versace to name some of them.
Especially the leopard print a huge number of style insiders are rocking, whether on clothes, pants, bags or shoes, not uncommon as a trendy top-to-toe silhouette.
And also in the spotlight, thanks to the collection of the flowing romantic dresses designed by Chloé: the boho’s resurgence and the truly changed conversation about.
True to my motto ‘the trend in the trend’ the fancy dress of the brand Rinasciemento meets these both trends and creates its own vibe.
One is not enough
One of my favorite outfit options on the days of ‘I have nothing to wear’? – A knitted co-ord, cosy-chic with pumps and thus even smart enough to wear to work, too, or easy with Chelsea boots and a leather jacket or coat.
Iconicly known for its two-pieces outfits in tweed is the luxury house Chanel. Tweed is a fabric that is woven from coarse, loosely spun yarns, thus creating attractive effects.
Especially charming I find the self-designed and hand-knitted ensemble of wonderful dark brown yarn with exactly this look.
