Since I was five years old I have been exercising ballet. And I will be always thankful to my mum that she took me to the classes.

Classical ballet. Modern dance. To me, there is something in it in common: beauty of highest perfection, movements of such elegance, lightness and grace brought alive only through discipline and persistence.

One dance company which really stands out of the crowd for me is the Alonzo King Lines Ballet based in San Francisco. Its unique artistic vision adheres to the classical form and its linear, mathematical and geometrical principals. For the company as an organization, art lives within each and everyone of us, believing in the full potentiality of the human being.

And with its mission of having been created with the purpose of touching hearts and stirring minds through dance, in the pandemic months the company launched three encouraging dance videos for our all actual time.
